This website is operated by Qimo Farms ("we", "us", "our"), an agricultural estate business in Nigeria. It provides public information about our farms and operations, Farm Plan pages, and, where enabled, an Investor Portal for account registration, applications, payment instructions or payment records, allocation records, documents and updates.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Website Disclaimer and, where relevant, our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Farm Plans, applications and no advice

Farm Plan availability, application requirements, payment options and allocation limits are controlled by the current plan and platform settings. A submitted application is subject to the applicable plan terms and Qimo Farms' review and record-keeping process. Nothing on this website constitutes, or should be taken as:

• a solicitation, invitation or recommendation to invest in Qimo Farms or any related venture;
• financial, investment, legal, tax or agricultural advice; or
• a statement that any investment structure has been approved by any regulator.

Participation is governed by the applicable Farm Plan terms and any documents made available for that plan. Information on this website does not replace those terms and should not be treated as financial, legal or tax advice.

4. Information, estimates and labelled data

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Much of it describes plans, targets and estimates for an agricultural business at an early stage of development. Every published figure carries a status label (Verified, Management reported, Estimated, Assumption, Actual, Pending verification or Not yet available) so that you can see how much confidence it deserves. Figures labelled as estimates or assumptions are planning inputs, not predictions or commitments. Please read the Website Disclaimer for more about how to interpret the content.

5. Eligibility

This website is intended for use by persons aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you are acting for an organisation, that you are authorised to do so.

The text, graphics, layout, logos, images and other material on this website belong to Qimo Farms or are used under licence. Some images are illustrative representations rather than photographs of Qimo Farms property; the administration records of the website classify each image accordingly. All rights are reserved. 13. General

Entire agreement. These terms, together with the documents referred to in section 2, are the entire agreement between you and Qimo Farms about your use of the website.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver. A failure or delay by Qimo Farms to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Force majeure. Qimo Farms is not liable for any failure to make the website available caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. Qimo Farms may transfer its rights to a successor business.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion; failing that, the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
