Soil testing is complete and all four crop projects are in land preparation. The confirmed 70-hectare estate contains 68 hectares of crop blocks: oil palm 32 hectares, cocoa 20 hectares, coconut 10 hectares and mango 6 hectares. Two hectares are reserved for roads, drainage, storage, water and shared infrastructure.
