Revenue comes from what the land produces and what the market pays for it. Costs come first, for several years; profit is what remains after them, and only part of it can ever be distributed after reserves and taxes.
Published Farm Plans use a 20-year participation model. Any investor distribution depends on actual harvest revenue after allowable operating expenses and is not guaranteed.
How revenue is earned
Every figure we publish carries a confidence label, every milestone shows its real status, and where we have no data yet we say so rather than showing a number. Progress on the foundation estate is published as each stage is reached.
